Dumbell alternating bench press: 35lbs x 10 Reps x 3 Sets

Bent-over row: (35lbs dumbells x 2) x 10 Reps x 3 Sets

Super Set 2

Body squats: 10 x 3 Sets (3 Second Pause)

Single-leg Romanian deadlifts: 35lbs x 10 Reps x 3 Sets

Super Set 3

Russian twists: 35lbs x 10 Reps x 3 Sets

Planks: 3 Sets x 30secs

Super Set 4

Dumbell one-arm push press: 35lbs x 10 Reps x 3 Sets

One-arm bent over row LR: 35lbs x 10 Reps x 3 Sets
